How it works
Planning Your Team’s Day
We tailor every corporate day to your team. Tell us your group size, fitness levels and what you want from the day, and we will plan it around you — from the route and pace to transport and refreshments.
- Suitable for teams of all sizes, from a single department to a large company group
- Additional qualified leaders provided for bigger groups, so everyone is well supported
- Mixed abilities are welcome — we set a steady pace so the team finishes together
- For parties of 15 or more, please book at least three months in advance

Is the Yorkshire 3 Peaks suitable for a team with mixed fitness?
Yes. The day is fully led and supported and welcomes all abilities. We set a steady pace so the team finishes together — it’s about completing the Challenge as a group, not racing.
How large a group can you take?
Teams of all sizes, from a small department to a large company group. Additional qualified leaders are provided for bigger numbers. For parties of 15 or more, please book at least three months in advance.
Can you arrange transport and catering for our team?
Yes. Vehicle support, transport and refreshments can all be arranged at additional cost — just tell us your requirements when you enquire.
Is the event insured and risk-assessed?
Yes. Your team is led by a fully insured, first-aid trained Mountain Leader, with route planning and group safety cover included as standard.
Can we combine the Challenge with charity fundraising?
Yes. Many teams use the Yorkshire 3 Peaks to raise money for a chosen cause; we are happy to support a charity tie-in for your day.
How much does a corporate team day cost?
From £75 per person, including a qualified leader and a finisher’s medal, with discounted rates for larger groups and extras quoted on request.
